Pastor Rick Searle
Rick has served as Faith's pastor since 2002. Before coming to Faith, he served as Assistant Pastor of the Westminster Presbyterian Church in Johnson City, TN, and Minister of Music and Christian Education at the Decatur (AL) Presbyterian Church. Rick received his Master of Divinity Degree with an emphasis in Christian Education from Reformed Theological Seminary in Jackson, MS. He and his wife, Kathryn, have three children, Jonathan, Jacob, and Sara Kathryn.
Pastor Erik McDaniel
Erik has served on Faith's staff since 1997. He also serves as Assistant to the Headmaster and soccer coach at Faith Christian School. Erik received his Master of Arts in Theological Studies from Covenant Theological Seminary in St. Louis, MO, and his Master of Arts in Youth Ministry from Birmingham Theological Seminary. He and his wife, Maggie, have five children, Josiah, Abbie, Olivia, Kiley, and Jedidiah.
Michelle Miller
Michelle is the Director of our Children's Ministry. She has been a member of Faith since 1999, and has been on staff since August of 2007. She and her husband, David, have four children, Gage, Kyla, Cade, and Maya. Michelle is in the office on Tuesdays, and can be reached any time via eMail at MyFaithKids@yahoo.com.
